THE DIGITAL SIDE OF THE BUSINESS

Sometimes, you just need someone to handle it.

Your website needs an update. Google has the wrong information. You’re starting something new and need a place to send people. Or the business has grown, but the way it shows up online hasn’t grown with it.

You know the business. I can help with the digital side.

WHAT I DO

Here’s what I can help with.

01

Websites

New websites, thoughtful refreshes and professional online homes for businesses that need somewhere better to send people.

Website design · Website refreshes · Landing pages · Copy + messaging

02

Google + SEO

Helping people find your business, get the right information and understand what you offer.

Google Business Profile · Local SEO · Search optimization · Website SEO

03

Brand + Messaging

Making sure the way your business looks and talks about itself reflects the quality of the business behind it.

Brand direction · Website messaging · Visual refinement · Positioning

04

Digital Marketing

Practical support for the other digital pieces your business actually needs.

Email · Content · Social direction · Analytics · Digital campaigns

Not sure exactly what you need? That’s okay.

SELECTED WORK

Built around the business, not a template.

Every business has its own story, personality and reason people choose it. The work should feel like yours — not mine.

ABOUT RED THREAD

I genuinely love hearing about your business.

MARKETER · BUSINESS OWNER · MBA · COLLEGE PROFESSOR

I was raised by entrepreneurs, so maybe it’s in my blood. I grew up watching people build things they believed in — working hard, solving problems and figuring things out as they went.

I built my career in marketing, earned my MBA, built and sold a retail business of my own, and now run Red Thread and teach digital marketing at the college level. I’ve been the marketer, the business owner and the person trying to figure out what actually needs to happen next.

But the part I love most is still the business itself.

Tell me how you started. What makes you different. What you’re proud of. What’s working — and what isn’t. Tell me the thing you could talk about all day.

That’s usually where I find the good stuff.

Because the better I understand your business, the better I can market it. I take what makes it worth choosing and make sure that comes through online — in your website, search, messaging and the marketing that supports it.

That’s why I built Red Thread.

HOW I WORK

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Start by telling me about your business.

What you do. How it started. What’s working. What’s bothering you. What you’ve been meaning to fix. What you’d love to do if you had the time. You don’t need to prepare a presentation or know the marketing answer.

That’s my job.

01

We talk.

You tell me about the business. I listen, ask questions and get a feel for what you’re building and where you need help.

02

I figure out what makes sense.

I take what I’ve heard, look at what’s already there and put the pieces together. I’ll tell you what I think is worth doing — and what probably isn’t.

03

We make it better.

Then I get to work. We build, fix or refine what the business actually needs, with plenty of room for conversation along the way.

Thoughtful work, honest advice and a real person on the other side of the email.

LET’S TALK

Tell me about your business.

Tell me about your business.

You don’t need a brief or a marketing plan. Tell me what you’re working on, what’s bothering you, or what you’d like to make better. I’ll take it from there.

Not sure exactly what you need? That’s okay.
